Argentum—the leading national association advancing the senior living industry—is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Vice President of Development & Revenue Operations to lead and grow our revenue strategy at a pivotal moment for the sector.
This is more than a fundraising role. It’s a unique opportunity to build, scale, and innovate across multiple revenue streams—from membership and sponsorships to advocacy and workforce initiatives—while working directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to expand Argentum’s impact nationwide.

About the Role
In this high-impact leadership role, you will shape and execute the revenue strategy that fuels Argentum’s mission and long-term growth. You will lead efforts across advocacy fundraising, PAC support, membership recruitment and retention, sponsorship sales, and new non-dues revenue opportunities, while partnering closely with the President/CEO, senior leadership team, staff, and Board.
You’ll guide a talented team, strengthen partnerships with members and donors, and help position Argentum for sustained success in a rapidly evolving industry.
