Position Description: This position is about connecting and empowering members through different paths. The focus is driving how the association engages members and key stakeholders in the work of the organization. This includes driving volunteerism across the association, supporting internal teams in how they engage volunteers to meet the strategic plan, and taking a lead in engaging members in the expansion of the member education program. Key focus areas are the volunteer engagement program (e.g., strategy, oversight of the volunteer management system) and education development (e.g., curriculum development).
