Arlington, VA based trade association seeks self-motivated, detailed-oriented team player. Coordinator assists with the development of exhibit sales for conferences and trade shows. Under direction, maintain and manage a database of prospective and current exhibitors; identify and recruit new exhibitors and subsequent members; communicate the benefits of association membership to prospective members; assists with market analysis and customer identification; assist with planning and execution of conferences; post conference responsibilities; provide administrative and program support to Business Development/Exhibits team. As necessary, assist in the on-site set up and execution of tradeshows.

Minimum qualifications: Up to 3 years sales experience, preferably in the conference/trade show industry. Microsoft Office with data entry proficiency, prior Personify or comparable AMS experience a plus. Excellent written/verbal communications skills. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Ability to build relationships with members. Ability to travel.
