Advisory Manager, Deals Transaction Services (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, New York, NY. Work on engagements focused on helping clients achieve maximum value on their deal transactions by using data to solve transformational and complex challenges through operational aspects of a transaction. Offer strategic advice to investors including leading private equity houses, major banks, and companies undertaking mergers and acquisitions or investment opportunities. Evaluate business plans and company strategies against market performance and competitor strength, to deliver commercial appraisals. Help clients to ensure maximum value for their company. Assist companies originate, create, execute and realize value from deals.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s progressive related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Operating in a commercial due diligence or corporate strategy role;
- Assisting clients with strategic planning and business reviews; growth, market entry and international expansion and market opportunity sizing;
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of complex data, including market and competitor analysis (market sizing, drivers and dynamics), customer analysis and internal analysis (strategic analysis, business model reviews, and financials);
- Understanding various facets of mergers, integrations, spin-offs and/or divestiture transactions, including options analyses and recommendations.
Travel up to 80% is required.
