Position Summary: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) supports the International Crane Foundation (ICF) mission by directing ICF’s accounting, financial planning and treasury activities, including budgeting, financial reporting, cash management, and banking relations; business continuity plan; insurance coverages and any claims; national and international compliance matters; the annual audit process and the preparation of Form 990; and financial information systems oversight. The incumbent reports to the CEO and is part of ICF’s senior leadership team, maintaining strong relationships with the Board of Directors and other members of ICF.
The CFO provides supervision and mentorship to three finance staff members.
