Director, Organization Strategy Generalist, PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, San Francisco, CA. Implement organizational transformation to improve performance and generate growth for clients. Assess and identify organization’s strategic goals. Assist clients with solving complex business issues from strategy to execution. Help clients by developing new business in the market, and provide technical advice across disciplines.
Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks. Identify new service opportunities. Coach staff and provide feedback in a timely manner.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Engineering or a related discipline, plus seven years of post-bachelor’s, progressive work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Engineering or a related discipline, plus five years of related work experience.
Must have experience with all of the following:
- Defining and evaluating corporate and business unit strategies and investment portfolios, reflecting market, competitive and other external drivers;
- Conducting and managing market research and quantitative and qualitative analyses; and,
- Participating in various phases of business development opportunities and/or engagements, from pre-sale and initial scoping through final delivery and sign off.
Travel required up to 80%.
