The Emergency Medicine Residents’ Association (EMRA) is a non-profit association serving more than 16,000 emergency medicine physicians in training and is managed by the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP).
We need a dedicated professional to drive marketing, communications, execution and branding plans for EMRA programs and events. This person will create and execute multi-channel campaigns and special events to promote member value and engagement, increase membership, drive product sales and recognize our members and sponsors. Additionally, all staff assist the EMRA Executive Director and other EMRA staff in all phases of EMRA management – including supporting EMRA committees, events, and initiatives.
Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, business or management or equivalent related experience
Five years of related work experience including experience in marketing and public relations, special events, advertising, and promotions
Established skills with Microsoft Office (Windows environment) and other software programs such as desktop publishing, graphics, databases, survey creation, and content management systems; experience with various web browser technologies; working knowledge of social media posting and analytics platforms.
Ability to travel as required. Anticipate 3 business trips per year from 2-8 days’ duration
