We are seeking a Global Director of Certificate Assessments for our Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS) business unit to provide strategic and entrepreneurial leadership for this emerging market.
The Global Director of Certificate Assessments position will be a member of the Inteleos Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, and will oversee the continuing development and global growth of the POCUS Certification Academy. The Global Director of Certificate Assessments will be accountable to manage the strategic activities of the department and its staff to assure the tactical execution of departmental responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a Graduate Degree, Certification or equivalent professional experience in a related field such as educational assessment, and at least five years of progressive experience in a management role that is related to certificate-based assessments. Experience with growing startup entities using lean development techniques is preferred.
This position is remote and will require frequent domestic travel and some international travel. In addition, the successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States, pass an extensive background screening which includes but is not limited to criminal, education, and skills assessment.
