Impexium is seeking a best-in-class Client Success Manager to join our team. You will work closely with current clients as a trusted adviser to build client relationships and deeply understand their unique organizational challenges and goals. You will consult with clients on Impexium’s platform to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business goals and optimizing client satisfaction. This position reports directly to our EVP of Sales & Client Success.
Develop relationships with client leaders, stakeholders, and decision makers within defined accounts
Provide best practices guidance and identify system specific features to support initiatives
Develop and execute focused account plans to nurture and develop opportunities to drive client engagement and adoption
Map Impexium offerings against client needs and identify new opportunities within defined accounts
Serve as the client advocate communicating potential risks or client satisfaction issues with Impexium Executive Leadership and develop plans to resolve and improve client outcomes
End-user experience with association management software systems
Minimum 3 years of association experience
Strong and demonstrated communication skills; written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
Exhibit strong business judgement, high-level of initiative, creativity and flexibility
Self-motivated and a problem-solver with an eagerness for continuous improvement
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, communications, finance, marketing or related field
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and CRM applications (preferably Salesforce.com)
Thrives in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment
Trade or professional association experience
