Working in partnership with the President & CEO, the Board of Trustees, and senior staff, the Capital Campaign Manager will drive fundraising momentum throughout Bergen County to achieve a successful result for the $10M campaign to renovate the existing performing arts center
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
I. Solicitation and Fundraising:
Be a visible and enthusiastic advocate for bergenPAC in its greater community by building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
Achieve annual fundraising goals
Leverage new Strategic, Development, Stewardship and Capital Campaign plans to involve donors and prospects.
Report to the CEO
Work effectively with the Board and Executive Committee
Coordinate scheduling Development Committee and Nominating & Governance Committee meetings. Ensure prompt preparation of the agenda and all required reports.
Lead identification of capital campaign leadership.
Coordinate scheduling of Capital Campaign Committee
Coordinate all donor recognition.
III. Analysis and Reporting:
Track and monitor capital campaign progress against goals.
Review and use databases (Raisers Edge and Archtics)
Preferred Hours: 10:00 am – 6:30 pm, but flexible based on circumstances
Bergen County resident
Extensive relationships in Bergen County with companies, foundations, and potential donors
